All stamps are offered as genuine (conform to catalog number and item description). Orders over US$100.00 get 10% discount (further discounts on very large orders). Satisfaction is completely guaranteed with prompt refund (except S&H and insurance) for returns within 10 days of your receipt. We can arrange in-person inspection of your large orders at the nearby climate-controlled bank where the valuable stamps are stored. Expertizing and certification also are available. | |
